Australia – Global Talent Visa
Australia needs to attract the brightest and the best, to help grow a stronger economy. The Global Talent visa is a permanent visa for people who have an internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in an eligible field. It comprises of two visa pathways: Global Talent pathway and Distinguished Talent pathway.

Requirements
The Global Talent pathway provides priority processing for highly skilled applicants who:

Have an internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievements within the Minister's defined sectors

Currently earn or are likely to earn at the Fair Work High Income Threshold
The Distinguished Talent pathway is for:

Extremely talented applicants who have an internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievements working in sectors other than a Minister's defined sector for either a profession, sport, the arts, or academia and research.

An Expression of Interest is not required for this pathway.
General:

Be nominated on a Form 1000 by a nominator who has a national reputation in the same area as you,

Provide proof of internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in a profession, a sport, the arts, or academia and research.

Provide proof of participation in an area that is recognized and accepted in Australia and has international standing.

Able to prove you are active and still currently outstanding in your area, and have a record of recent achievements

Provide proof of your contribution may be in economic, social, cultural, and/or to raise Australia's academic, artistic or sports standing internationally
-
Must demonstrate that you would be able to find work, or become independently established, in your area of expertise in Australia without difficulty

Suggest you are between the age of 18 and 55

Meet the visa requirement if you are in Australia when you apply

Have functional English (e.g. IELTS at least 4.5 of each component)
Procedure
Step 1: Retain Anlex Consultants to submit an Expression of Interest
Step 2: Provide supporting documents
Step 3: Receive Invitation to Apply
Step 4: Submit the formal Application within 60 days
Step 5: Receive the result of your application
