The Federal Self-Employed Program is an immigration program that allows a self-employed person to immigrate to Canada to establish a similar self-employed business. It is a program specially for a person have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics and be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.

Requirements

Have taken part in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level or been a self-employed person in cultural activities or athletics for at least two years.

Meet the minimum points under the selection criteria grid which includes factors such as experience, education, age and language abilities.

Procedure
Step 1:Retain Anlex Consultants to prepare all forms, documents and business plan
Step 2:Submit the application for permanent residence
Step 3:Receive file number and request letter
Step 4:Interview may be required
Step 5:Receive the result of the application
