It is a program specially for a person have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics and be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.

Requirements

Procedure
Step 1：Retain Anlex Consultants to prepare all forms, documents and business plan
Step 2：Submit the application for permanent residence
Step 3：Receive file number and request letter
Step 4：Interview may be required
Step 5：Receive the result of the application
