Hong Kong, China - General Employment Policy (GEP)
General Employment Policy (GEP) is for foreign nationals who wish to stay in Hong Kong for employment as professionals. The foreign nationals who possess special skills, knowledge or experience of value to and not readily available in Hong Kong may apply to come to work under the GEP. However, GEP does not apply to Chinese Residents of the Mainland, nationals of Afghanistan, cuba and North Korean.
