This scheme is suitable for entrepreneurs who are interested in investing in Hong Kong. If the applicant intends to establish or join in a business in Hong Kong, they can apply for an entry permit under this scheme. But this scheme does not apply to Chinese residents of the Mainland of China (they can apply under the Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals ), and nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba and North Korea.

Procedure
Step 1: Retain Anlex Consultants to assess and prepare your application
Step 2: Submit your application to the Immigration Department
Step 3: Receive file numbers and additional documents request
Step 4: Receive decision
