Requirements
1. Not required to have secured an offer of employment
2. Meet one of the following requirements:

Person with annual income reaching HK$2.5 million or above in the past 12 months

Degree graduates of eligible universities with at least three years of work experience over the past five years
-
Degree graduates of eligible universities in the past five years with less than three years of work experience (annual quota apply)
3. No criminal records
