EB2- Professional Holding Advanced Degree and Persons of Exceptional Ability (under National Interest Waiver) is one of the employment-based immigration programs for people who is seeking to immigration to the United States. If you can prove that you have advanced education, exceptional ability in sciences, arts, education, business or athletic, and meet the national interest requirements, you may receive the green card without a job offer or making a large amount of investment.

Requirements

You may apply for EB2 under the National Interest Waiver (NIW). You must provide sufficient evidence to prove you have the exceptional ability and meet the NIW requirements. It has two sub-groups:

Professionals holding an advanced degree (beyond a baccalaureate degree), or a baccalaureate degree and at least five years progressive experience in the profession.

Persons with exceptional ability in the sciences, arts, or business. Exceptional ability means having a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered in the sciences, arts, or business.
